Happy New Year, all :)
We didn't do much for New Year, just stayed in, watched a couple of films. But that's whats so great about being an adult with your own space, you can do more or less what you want!
Now, it was birthday on the 24th (26, ahh), and we went down to Bletchley Park, home of the code breakers. And at £17.25 each it is worth the money as you can go back for free for a whole year!
The site itself is impressive, and for your money you can go inside the infamous mansion, visit several huts where Alan Turing worked, where the wrens worked e.t.c, and a museum block that includes a gallery dedicated to Turing's life - click.
There were several things that weren't quite ready, i.e. the exhibition on the film 'The Imitation Game', but hopefully the next time we visit it will be :)
I was also dressed appropriately, as the following day was Burns Night!
dress - www.moddolly.com (£31 in the sale and with a discount)
coat - topshop via ebay (around £20ish)
tights - topshop (£8)
